Shipping Policy

With our apparel line being mainly available to Knight employees, we ask that if you are a current Knight employee who works out of either of the two Phoenix offices, please select the "PICK UP" option in North Phoenix or the "FREE DELIVERY" to the Buckeye Terminal. For employees out of the Phoenix area, you will be charged for the UPS shipping based on weight.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Returns

If you want to exchange an item then Returns are Free. However, we DO NOT reserve stock for exchanges. If the item you have requested for an exchange is out of stock when we process your return, you can apply the return amount to a different product or you can ask for a refund.
